import settings

General settings​

You can set the Sag: it is the maximum chord error of the mesh, reducing it improves the quality of the mesh.

Loader​

In the import settings you can choose the default loader for CATIA V5 files. Choices are:

  • SkyPrep default importer: No requirements, reads most of CAD formats.
  • CATIA V5 dependency: On huge mockup it can be more efficient than the default importer. It requires a valid CATIA license on the computer.
