User Rights Management Policy

XR Center has a User Rights Management Policy designed with flexibility in mind. It enables the creation of distinct groups and user profiles, each tailored with specific roles and permissions. This system empowers efficient team management and ensures controlled access to CAD resources.

Licences System

There are 3 levels of licences:

• Studio
• Player
• Explorer

Image	Name	Decription
	Studio	This user has the highest level of rights, he creates, crafts and manages the Workspace.
	Player	This user plays the experiences.
	Explorer	This user has the lowest level of rights, he can only see the CAD.

There is also the Administrator Licence that allows you to have rights on other user's rights from the XR Center Client App. The XR Center Sysadmin user or the XR Center IAM Manager can distribute the licences to the users from the XR Center Client App.

Roles

In XR Center, you can also give dedicated roles to your users to have a better work repartition. Those rights will mainly differenciate the permissions for your different Studio Users. Each Role gives access to different features. If you didn't give the right Role to an user, then he won't be able to see the corresponding features.

XR Center Client App Level Roles

• Default Role

Default

In the XR Center Client App, by default, everyone can:

• change its password
• change its name
• see the Diagnostic page

If you give the Administrator licence to your users, then you can give them specific roles.

System Administrator Role

When you have the System Administrator Role, then you have automatically the highest Roles at every Level. The System Administrator Role can do everything on the XR Center Client App:

• change its password
• change its name
• see Diagnostic page
• create an user
• delete an user
• give licences to user
• change other user's password
• change other user's name
• activate other user's account
• desactivate other user's account
• create groups
• delete groups
• give roles to groups
• add users to groups
• create workspace

IAM Manager Role

The IAM Manager Role can do the default actions and everything relative to users and groups management:

• change its password
• change its name
• see Diagnostic page
• create an user
• delete an user
• give licences to user
• change other user's password
• change other user's name
• activate other user's account
• desactivate other user's account
• create groups
• delete groups
• give roles to groups
• add users to groups

Workspace Creator Role

The Workspace Creator Role can do the default actions and everything relative to workspace management:

• change its password
• change its name
• see Diagnostic page
• create workspace

Workspace Level Roles

Giving Wokspace Level Role to users enable you to differenciate Studio User's role.

• Member Role
• Owner Role
• 3D Importer Role
• Experience Creator Role

Member

By default, everyone user invited to collaborate in a workspace has the Member Role:

• see experiences in the workspace

If you give the Studio licence to your users, then you can also give them specific role.

Owner Role

The workspace's creator is automatically assigned as Owner of it. The Owner Role can do everything in the Workspace:

• see experiences in the workspace
• create experience
• import 3D Data
• delete the Workspace
• export the Workspace
• edit the Workspace's settings
• manage user's working on the Workspace

3D Importer Role

The 3D Importer Role can do the default actions and everything relative to users and groups management:

• see experiences in the workspace
• import 3D Data
• create experience

Experience Creator Role

The Workspace Creator Role can do the default actions and everything relative to workspace management:

• see experiences in the workspace
• create experience

3D Data Library Level Roles

Giving 3D Data Library Level Role to users enable you to differenciate Studio User's role. The Player and Explorer Users don't have access to the 3D Data Library.

Member

By default, every Studio user invited to collaborate in a workspace has the 3D Data Library Level Member Role:

• see the 3D Data

Contributor Role

The Contributor Role can:

• see the 3D Data
• edit 3D Data settings

Owner Role

The 3D importer is automatically assigned as Owner of it. The Owner Role can:

• see the 3D Data
• edit 3D Data settings
• delete 3D Data
• manage rights on the 3D Data

Experience Level Roles

• Member Role
• Contributor Role
• Owner Role

Member

By default, every user invited to collaborate in an experience has the Experience Level Member Role. They can:

• access to Product Explorer
• see experience The Studio and Player members can:
• play the experience in VR

Contributor Role

The Contributor Role with the Player Licence can:

• see the 3D Data
• edit 3D Data settings
• play the experience in VR
• create collab session
• save skyreal experience

The Contributor Role with the Studio Licence can:

• see the 3D Data
• edit 3D Data settings
• play the experience in VR
• create collab session
• save skyreal experience
• edit experience's settigns
• manage user's role

Owner Role

The Experience's Creator is automatically assigned as Owner of it. The Owner Role with the Studio Licence can:

• see the 3D Data
• edit 3D Data settings
• play the experience in VR
